Cancellation and Rearranging
A booking fee of 50% will be taken at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your total on the day. 

Appointments can be re-arranged with 48 hours notice. 

If appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice then the booking fee will be forfeited and will not be refunded. No further payment will be deducted.

Children

Children are not permitted to attend due to insurance requirements and for health and safety.

Period Policy

As someone with Adenomyosis, I understand fully that periods can get in the way of life and it can be far from the glamorous tampon adverts! Whilst you can still get waxed on your period, it can be more uncomfortable and you also just might not be able to think of anything worse … so if this happens your welcome to move your appointment at no cost (your booking fee will be moved to the new appointment) regardless of notice given - as long as new appointment is within 10 days. You just need to contact me directly for this (via WhatsApp is best).

This policy applies to intimate waxing only and is not applicable for any other body waxing or facial waxing. Please be assured you are welcome to use the en-suite at any point during your appointment to freshen up if needed and there are feminine hygiene products stocked for your comfort.

Lateness Policy

Please ensure to arrive on time for your appointment. I understand sometimes things happen, however if more than 10 minutes late we may be unable to carry out full treatment but payment will still be required. Lateness will be deducted from your appointment time and while we will complete what we can but please be aware we may be unable to complete and obtain desired results.

Please be aware that CCTV operates in the car park and the main lobby area.
